PL1000 No Ethernet Light

The powerline adapter I have connected to the modem shows the ethernet LED as green. However, the other adapter, the one with the antennas doesn't show any light for the ethernet LED all othe lights are lit. I tried setting them up in the same room and also tried doing a factory reset any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Do you have something plugged into the Ethernet outlet?

    Is the wifi active?

The modem is plugged in to one, but the one with the antennas doesn't have anything plugged into it. The wifi light is blue. Are there seperate names for the adapters?

Plug something into the LAN and the light should come on. No connection = no light.

Just the model numbers. Look on the back.

PLP1000 is the LAN only adapter, PLW1000 is the wifi one.
