PL1200-100UKS showing as unknown & Random Link speed

I removed all of the 500's to rule out any interfearance or slower link speeds, it made no differance to the 1200's link speed. the 1200's are indeed gigabit and I am connected to one of them at 1Gbps. I have been through the setup also.
So what's the problem? Aren't things working?

Beware paying too much attention to numbers that you think you see when you "test" things.
