PL1200 Connectivity

I have been using the PL1200 with no issues for a couple months. This morning, my connectivity was gone. I have 'green' Power and Ethernet LED, however, the Pick A Plug is off (it worked fine as of last night at 5pm). I have tried the Factory Reset as described in the Quick Start guide, however, that has not worked. Nothing has changed as far as location of setup or other items plugged in. What are my next steps?

    Hi Gerd12

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

    - What is the distance between the 1st and 2nd powerline adapter?
    - Do you have Internet connection when connected wired to the adapter?
    - Please try placing the adapter close together or in one room and see what happens.

  • I've had 6 PL1200's in service for many months and then all of a sudden they all stopped communcating with each other.  The factory reset function will not correct the situation.  This appears to be similar to Gerd12's issue, but I can't find the solution.  Does anyone know how to correct this?

So I discovered the problem.  One of the units was preventing the other 5 from communicating.  Not sure, how, or why, but the 6 unit was the culprit.  I removed it and the other 5 are now communicating fine.  Will wait to plug in the 6th for the time being, but will reinsert tomorrow to see what happens.
