PLP2000 - no reset and button doesn't work

Question

Good Morning,&nbsp;I have attempted to reset this thing via button push 8 to 10 seconds and also tried using the nighthawk app.&nbsp; None of this works, this has to be the worse product setup possible.&nbsp;&nbsp;Are there any other options to reset this thing? It's a compete waste of money at this point.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you

What are you expecting it to do? the PLP2000 is a powerline only device. It doesn't do much.&nbsp;
What are the led's doing? Color? Blinking?&nbsp;
Hows it connected?&nbsp;
Are you going across circuits?&nbsp;
Tried in the same home?&nbsp;
Not a whole lot of data to go off based on your post.&nbsp;
