PLP2000 - no reset and button doesn't work
Good Morning,
I have attempted to reset this thing via button push 8 to 10 seconds and also tried using the nighthawk app. None of this works, this has to be the worse product setup possible.
Are there any other options to reset this thing? It's a compete waste of money at this point.

What is the condition of the LEDs when you attempt to do the Factory Reset?
(one thing I find frustrating about all brands of Powerline adapters is the need to have them plugged into the electrical outlet when working with them. My bifocals make observing the LEDs and getting my finger exactly where it needs to be a bit of a chore.)
