Powerline 1200 - cannot connect to router
I've spent about 6 hours trying to get the PL1200 to work. You guys are my last hope. I followed Quick Start. When I troubleshoot network, it says "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configurat...
Can you describe the layout of the network? Is there a modem in there somewhere?
You have one PL1200 (the host plug) plugged into the router?
What is plugged into the second PL1200 (the guest plug)?
Does the LAN connection work without using the Powerline network?
In other words, can whatever you are plugging into the "guest" plug access the network when it is plugged into the router?
