PowerLine 1200 Adaptor with Cisco IP Phone 7945
Will it damage my Pl 1220 adaptor to plug into it an ethernet supplying POE?

It may do. What's going to be the greater problem is that POE won't work with this adapter. You need specialist POE enabled powerline adapters for that. So whatever is connected at the other end will not receive power through the connection.
