Powerline 1200 problem-not connecting anymore
I'm hoping I can find some help on here since I've been searching and searching and just cannot find a solution. I had gotten a powerline 1200 adapter so I could have internet down to my computer in the basement of my sisters house. Had everything set up fine, worked great and, although the download speeds weren't the best, I had little to no latency in my online games so it didn't matter to me much. About 2 days ago, it stopped working. The pick a plug LED isnt illuminated anymore so I have no connection. There hasnt been any changes in the network, nothing has been unplugged or switched around, added, nothing. Now it just stopped working. I've tried unplugging and plugging back in, factory reset but nothing has worked. I get the 2 other LED to light up but for the life of me I can't get them to connect again. Please help.

have you tried moving them to the same room?
Reason why is many things influence powerline. things like cell phone chargers, gfci, arc fault circuits, surge protectors, high draw appliances, or even just electronics that are going bad can inject interference into the powerlines.
so start with them in the same room/same circuit and try to connect them. If they connect, they're fine and it means something within your home is injecting interference into the powerlines.
- GotYourSixAspirantNow what could the problem possibly be if I did move then to the same room/circuit but they still wont connect? Could it be an issue with the adapter itself and I would have to exchange for a new one?

You could also try them at a different location. maybe whatever caused the issues is injecting enough interference that its even causing issues with them on the same circuit. Its worth testing as if you replaced them and it wasn't an issue with the devices, it puts you in the same boat.
