powerline 1200

Thank you for your response. I tried that this morning and I get the router
unit blinking, plug in one of the ones that do not work and get that one
blinking then they both stop blinking after a while but the ethernet light
never lights up the whole time. Just the power led and the bottom security
turn green. I have been testing them in the same room too.

Do you have any devices connected and using the internet when you are testing them? (or at least switched on to obtain an IP address)
If not, you will only see the top and bottom lights lit.
Also, have you tried checking Genie to see whether it sees all units when plugged in and turned on?
