Powerline 1200s Not Communicating to Printer

Your subject says "1200s". Does that mean PLW1200? PL1200s don't do wifi.
Is this an Ethernet printer?

Everything was fine until Tuesday when we had our internet service changed from Comcast to GloFiber. The only change was the router.
You replaced the router? Was it set up with the same Wifi credentials (SSID and password) as the old router?
All other devices are working off the wifi signal but we cannot get the printer to print. I've re-paired the adapters.
Is this WiFi from the Powerline plug?
If other devices happily use the plug's WiFi, and it is just the printer that refuses to cooperate, this points strongly as the printer as the problem.
In general, issues with WiFi printers track back to the printer. The WiFi source is effectively a dumb devices that broadcasts the signal.Most WiFi printers come with their own configuration software.
For standard HP's this is one place to start:

This lets people mess around with things like the printer's IP address and WiFi security.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
