Powerline pl1000 not working

I have 2 units I have used for approx 8months to power my security cameras and now all of a sudden they aren’t working. Nothing has changed and they have not been touched.

I have unplugged them, reset them etc and still not working.
One is coming up with all lights then drops the top light. The other is only showing a red light next to the power light.

It’s never had an issue before but I’m lost as to what the problem is or how to fix it. Please help!!
