I moved from Time Warner Cable (aka Spectrum) to AT&T, so the hardware has changed. All else works fine, such as Magicjack. There are 4 ports on the at&t router and each have a green led except for the port that the PLW1010 is plugged in, which is amber. I switched ports on the router just in case it was a bad router port, but still the same. I am able to use the PLW1010 as my access point, logging on, accessing the mynetgear website and see all the settings for the access point. But I cannot connect to the baby monitor camera as I had before.

In other words, the plug is working, connected to the Internet and providing a wifi connection to other devices?
Is the baby monitor camera assigned an IP address that is not compatible with your new network.
I have seen reports of that here before. Someone set a fixed IP address for a camera and then forgot about it.
You said earlier that you "factory reset both". Did that include the camera?
If you have reset the PLW1010 you will have reset its wifi settings. Have you reconfigured them to the old settings so that the camera knows which wifi SSID to talk to? I assume that the baby monitor camera is connected to the wifi. It isn't clear from what has gone before.

Thank you Michael. After speaking with Zmoto, the manufacturer of the camera, they are sending me an RMA to return the camera. To answer your question in the reply, I did reset everything, including the camera. I have also determined that the Netgear hardware is just fine since it is communicating with my laptop, iPhone, and doorbell/camera. And since the Zmoto problem still exists, it's going back to be fixed or replaced and fortunately it is under guarantee.
Thanks again.
