How many powerline adapters you have? Can you try to connect it in same room with the first powerline adapter conneted to the router?

Hi James,
When I would connect the unit directly to the router, I would loose connection all together from the internet on the other systems that were connected to the network through the powerlines.
It’s definitely a fault with this specific powerline.
Is it possible to downgrade the firmware manually?
In regards to how many Powerlines I have it was 4 originally.
Since I moved places I have left two of the working ones behind at my previous place.
I was experiencing exactly the same fault at my previous place with the faulty unit.

You might need to replace the defective unit as it might be a hardware issue.
