powerline1000 cant connect to Xbox one

I honestly have no idea what im doing or how to find any of the stuff they ask for, I just know that one minute my xbox is working and the next it cant connect to the internet. The problem seems to be that the two plug-ins cant talk to eachother, even though they had been for almost a year no problems

    Does that mean "two powerline plugs"?

     

    If so, what do the lights on them look like? If the Ethernet link is down, that will show up on the "receiving" plug
