Problem Accessing MyWifiext.net and http://192.168.1.250/

Can anyone let me know what i am doing wrong.  I can not seem to log on to MyWifiext.net and http://192.168.250.  I was on hold for 2 plus hours to talk to the Customer Service at Netgear and no one ...

I'm having the same problem, can't find password to log into my ext, did you find a way?
