Powerline products work better when plugged into the wall without power strips, extension cords, surge protectors, or interruptible power supplies.

I already have two HDX101s die on me. Another words, just the power light is lit up and nothing else. Yes, I have been through the whole troubleshooting cycle with try a different outlet in the same room.
