Wi-Fi range extender speed loss

I have a wifi range extender powerline edition XAVNB2001. I have 30Mb speed internet, and where the range extender is installed I always got 15Mb. So far so good. But lately I am getting 30Mb from router and 3Mb from range extender.

I have tried resetting both ends but no change. Appreciate any suggestion on how to fix this.

    1. How many devices getting the same result?

    2. Move the 2nd powerline closer to the 1st adapter.
