XAV2001 interferes with wireless MS Keyboard!

I have installed a the Powerline AV 200 Ultra adapter system to power my BluRay DVD player internet access. The player is too far away from my WiFi router. It works great.

However, I just tried to use my MS wireless keyboard and found the keys would work very hit and miss when typing. Since the Powerline is the new feature of my system and I never had a problem before, I unplugged the XAV2001 and lo and behold the keyboard works fine. Plug in the XAV2001 again and the keyboard again starts to be a problem when typing.

1) anyone else seen this?
2) how do I fix it?

  • I have four XAV5001 devices, and have the same problem on 3 of the four PCs attached to them (the fourth has a wired keyboard and mouse). I have tried disconnecting and unplugging the XAV5001s, and without exception the problem goes away. All three units have Microsoft wireless keyboards & mice, though of different models.

I will also submit a request to tech support and let y'all know if I find anything.
