    Did you buy them second-hand (off ebay, for example?)

     

    I would use the Factory Reset button on all units to reset them all to default settings.

     

    I would then be inclined to use the Netgear Genie or Powerline Utility to see if all three are talking to each other (if they are using the same encryption key, which they should do after a factory reset, you should see all three in the list of adapters)

     

    Also check all the usual suspects like faulty cables etc

Hi,

 

I've bought a XAVT5421 with 3 CPL and only 2 are talking to each other, even after Factory Reset.

Is the last one not working at all ? Should I retunr the whole package to Aftersale ?

    Hi JulioLemanitou,

     

    Welcome to Community!

     

    Try to connect the adapters just two at a time. Check which device will not work. Try to interchange as well the positions, try to connect each one as the main adapter which is connected to the router.
