Hi,

 

For example 192.168.1.121 and it is a static ip (no DHCP) so it's the same with 200 powerline.

When no connection with the XAV5421, can you still ping websites or even ping the default gateway?

    Hi,

     

    Yes I can go everywhere except on an IP (the one mentioned above)...is what intrigues me the most besides ...

     

    I have the impresion that the quality of electronics the powerline is not great ...

      Hi laurentroger,

       

      That's a bit strange that the adapter blocks certains IP address. It does not have any feature that will block IP address or even MAC address. Have you tried contacting support team?

        Yes it's very strange, that's why i'am here, to find a solution ^^

        As i mentionned in the firt post i tried to join your technical service by the web (cannot see any phone numbers...), but none of my 500 powerline S/N are recognized ? Another problem so... Could you give me phone or mail address that i can contact ?
