Xav5602 Led + ethernet stop working

Question

Hello,I just changed my cpl (that of my room) to room to go to my office but plugging it back in, it did not emit no lights at the indicator lights, I have nonetheless left connected and I have tested in the connecting it to my computer but to no avail.I have tried everything (to my knowledge, even by plugging it instead of Cpl connected to my internet box ...What can I do?Sincerely,Feynek.

Sorry, yes my cpl are those one: Pozerline 500 Nano dual port XAV5602 bought&nbsp;three years ago.Cpl of the electrical outlet is working but no LED or detection of internet connection on my computer!

I still have no idea where you got the "cpl" thing from.&nbsp;Have you tried the factory reset trick?&nbsp;&nbsp;
