XAVB 5601 does not work

Hi, Recenty purchased two used XAVB5601/AV500 powerline. Seller says they work. All lights are burning, No problems from the outside. However...cannot get them to work.. reset them several times, ...

OK try connecting each one of these to your pc and resetting the encryption key to HomeplugAV as well

    When you connect the XAVB5601 units to your PC and run the utility, when you try to factory reset them does it say that they have been reset, or 'Factory Reset failed' ?
