I recently upgraded my wifi modem and now my Powerline 500 is not working. When the Powerline 500 is plugged in known of the modem functions work, wired or wireless. When I unplug the Power line 500 my wired and wirelss internet works. The modem is from Xfinity and is an Arris model TG1682G. Anyone have any ideas?

Please perform a factory reset on the powerline adapters. When you connect the powerline, what are the lights you can see on the device?

I can't perform a new factory reset at the moment, but I did try that yesterday and I didn't notice any change in the LED status. LED status is green, amber, green.

Please try again to reset the device. Make sure the power turns amber when pressing the reset button.
