Question

I recently upgraded my wifi modem and now my Powerline 500 is not working. When the Powerline 500 is plugged in known of the modem functions work, wired or wireless. When I unplug the Power line 500 my wired and wirelss internet works. The modem is from Xfinity and is an Arris model TG1682G. Anyone have any ideas?

Please perform a factory reset on the powerline adapters. When you connect the powerline, what are the lights you can see on the device?

I can't perform a new factory reset at the moment, but I did try that yesterday and I didn't notice any change in the LED status. LED status is green, amber, green.

Still having troubles. When I push the factory reset button for 1 second and then release all LEDs blink off and then go green and then the power LED is green, the powerline LED is amber, and the ethernet LED is green. At this point my wifi is non funtional and my wired internet connection is intermittent. If I unplug the ethernet cable connecting the Powerline 500 to the router my wired and WIFI works fine and the Powerline 500 has the power LED go amber.&nbsp;

Please try to reset the device for 30 seconds instead of 1 second only.
