A6100 installation issue
So, this is the 2nd adapter I got today, thinking the one from yesterday was malfunctioning. I even tried to reset the USB port, but couldn't figure out how to without an error message. I keep getting...

Hi bask01,
1. Can you check in the device manager if the adapter is being detected.
2. Do you have other computers to install the device?
3. If you have anti-virus, try disabling it while installing the device.
