A6100 Wifi USB Mini Adaptor - Increase connection speed
Just installed an A6100 WIfiFi USB mini adapter and connected by 5Ghz to my WNDR4500 adapter. The connection is running a 150mbps. I thought by connecting to 5Ghz I ought to be able to get a higher c...
The connection speed on the 5Ghz channel is 150Mbps. When I connect on the 2.4Ghz channel I see 72.2Mbps. These are the speeds I seen when I go into the Network & Sharing centre & click on the wifi adapter connection.
I was wondering how to achieve the 433Mbps on the 5Ghz channel? I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers. The laptop with the A6100 is within 2 metres of my Netgear WNDR4500 router.
