Does anyone know the difference between these two models? A6210-100PAS .vs. A6210-10000S

Where can you find the model description? I believe this is just an SKU of the model.

It clearly says it is a model number not a SKU

  The two devices are just the same. They are A6210 version 1 since there are no other version for the device. Usually the 100S or 100PAS is just an indication for the device where it is being sold.
