A6210 acting weird
So I had a recent update and now the A6210 adapter has quit functioning properly. At first it was the common "couldn't detect the wifi adapter", issue. However, now I got the adapter as being recognized, but it's not displaying any wifi connections, the netgear genie can read my wifi adapter though, just not my cup which is super odd. I'm also able to access certain websites but not others. At first I thought it was a firewall issue, but I disabled my firewall to see what impact this would have, and it had none. I tried both the netgear genie and the stand alone drivers (I'm running windows 8, I know I'm behind the times) any advice would be great.

In the genie? Which one? There are several "genies", including desktop, but they are not the only ways to connect to the wifi.
Indeed, you don't need to install anything beyond drivers.
Have you tried asking Windows to connect to the wifi?
