A6210 adapter isn't detected
I'm running a Windows 7 disk, and trying to get all of the updates for the new computer I have just built. In order to do that, I need an Internet connection. Unfortunately when trying to set up the network adapter (AC1200/A6210) when I get to the point where I plug in the adapter on the genie, it says the adapter is not detected. I've plugged it into multiple USB ports. Tested those ports with my keyboard and mouse (they work fine). Tried it with and without the dock. It never detects it. What's wrong?

Hi Sethykbro,
Can you see the adapter under device manager?
Can you see a light on the adapte when plugged in?
Can you connect it on a different computer?
