A6210 adapter not connecting on 5G (Windows 7)

Thanks for your response. I had actually tried what you had suggested, but it did not solve the problem.
However the problem has since been solved by going into the modem and changing the 5G channels from the low numbers (36-42) to high numbers (100-112). This appears to have solved the problem with the A6210 adapter which now connects on 5G without problem and still works with other devices.
Interestingly, two laptops were connecting to 5 G without problem from the same location as the adapter and still are. So I have no idea why this change worked - but it did.

Hi AlanJH,
Uninstall the driver and reinstall it using the standalone driver instead of the driver with Genie.
