I have solved the problem.
- Open up the Windows 10 Device Manager
- From the list open Network Adapters - Select and right click on 802.11ac Wireless LAN Card
- Select "Update Driver Software" and click
- Select “Let me pick from the list of drivers on my computer”
- Select the Netgear A6210 WiFi USB3.0 Adapter
- Then click next
- The driver will now re-install and you should see the message "Windows has successfully updated your driver".
This is how I solved my problem and I can now see my 5GHz SSID and connect to it
