A7000 Nighthawk AC1900 wireless adapter turning itself off
Hello, I recently purchased an A7000 wireless adapter for my pc. Works great sometimes but after an hour or so it will randomly turn itself off and refuse to connect to my router. I have windows 10, according to the netgear website the latest drivers, and it is hooked into my USB 3.0. I have turned off the ability for my PC to turn the device off to save power as well as not letting it turn off any usb ports. This is very frustrating so would appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

Try doing a clean install of the driver. here's a video showing how.

- I have tried this and it will sometimes fix the issue an sometimes will not but even in the cases that it does fix the issue once I turn my computer off it has the same problem again. I forgot to mention this in the initial post but from time to time instead of just shutting itself off it will disconnect all my usb devices as well.

Is it disconnecting from the computer or is it just unable to connect to the wifi?
