A7000 speed issues
Hi.. i have the Nighhawk AC1900 wifi usb adapter (a7000) and I have a R7000 Nighhawk router. i have it setup on a tested usb 3 port.. but it seems to be limiting he speed to about 256Mbit (32MB) ...

Where did you get the idea that you would connect at faster than 256 Mbps?
You might do well to do some research into the wifi speeds that you can get with different wifi devices. There is an old saying that I just made up, lies, damn lies, and wifi statistics!
One thing you could do is to ensure that you don't have QoS enabled. You don't need it at that speed.
