A7000/Nighthawk AC1900 reception speed 54Mbps only

Hello

I have just installed the adapter on usb3.0 ports and connected to my wifi  router (802.11AC, wpa2-personal)

I used the last  driver v1.0.0.15 from netgear site.

But when I run cmd -> netsh wlan show interfaces i receive

reception speed 54Mbps

transmission speed 1300Mbps

the reception speed should be 1300Mbps?

Is there any advanced setting from device manager to tweak?
