AC1200 High Gain Wifi USB Adapter is getting a very low singal

Question

&nbsp;This has been happening for a couple of weeks now, but my adapter has been constantly getting a low signal and i don't know how to fix it.
Like when im playing a video game my connection is very bad and even when im just browsing the internet my connection is very bad.
This is supposed to be a high gain wifi usb adapter and all it's ever done is give me bad connection. Please help me

It looks like you have two networks with identical SSIDs. And you have connected to the weaker of the two.

What is your wifi source?
