Can’t locate QoS

Hello,

I’m having a hard time locating the enable “QoS” option. In our advanced settings of Genie under “Setup”, QoS is not an option.

Please advise.

    Is this on the Model: A7000|Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi USB Adapter - USB 3.0 listed in your footer involved in this in anyway?

     

    Or did you just click the first thing that popped up when you wrote your message? 

     

    QoS is a router thing. The A7000 is a WiFi USB Adapter

     

    If you visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.

    It will also have any firmware and drivers for your device.

    Look for the model number on the label on the device.
