Can I use my Windows 10 desktop as a hotspot using WNDA31100v2 USB adapter

Can I use my Windows 10 desktop as a hotspot using Netgear WNDA31100v2 USB adapter?  My desktop is attached to the internet by an ethernet cable.  There is no WiFi  available and I would like to have wifi for my smartphone since I don't have unlimited data with my cellular service.

If so, how do you set it up?

Thanks!

If your desktop does not have a wifi adapter, Windows 10 can't set up your computer as a hotspot to share your internet connection.  The question I had posted was asking if the Netgear WNDA3100 v2 would be able to broadcast a wifi signal and make your desktop computer a hotspot.

This Netgear USB device allows your desktop computer to receive a wifi signal to connect to the internet using wifi.
