Connection Assistance (WNCE2001) Please
Hello:
I cannot get to the Adapter's home screen to change the password and network name.
We recently had an issue connecting to the internet and the router customer support person had my wife change the network name and password. While he did finally get the internet back up for the computer it knocked off all of the other devices. I've tried resetting the Adapter and connected directly to a non-connected computer but when I try to type in www.mywifiext.com or 192.168.1.251, the screen just says that "This site can't be reached".
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan_W,
Try to reset again the adapter. Once done resetting, check the if the computer is getting an IP address from the adapter.
