Does the all in one PC have a ethernet adapter port to connect the PC directly to the CAX80?
What is the brand and model# of this PC?
Try the CAX80 with Smart Connect disabled.

Find out what driver is on the AC9462. follow this guide from intel.
Post which is on here.
then get the newest one here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/125192/intel-wirelessac-9462/downloads.html
Intel had issues with AX when it was first released and windows auto-update didn't do a good job of updating it. It should work, if you update the driver to the newest version.
Again, post which on you have an after you install, post which is upgrades to on here. Reason why is I've seen some of the older wireless cards support pulled and not update and so then you have to get the latest from one of the intel forums.

The AC9462 isn't the latest wonder of technology, but still workable and covered by the Inhell driver reference which was posted before.
To keep things easy, you may download and run Intel® Driver & Support Assistant to automatically detect the driver(s) update.
