The design of this card is at least 16 years old. It does not support 5 GHz, among other shortcomings.
The card is many generations of Windows in the past. It is from the XP era. Before Vista, Windows 7, 8 and 10.
My experience is that Windows 10 comes with its own drivers for much of the legacy hardware it supports.
For a few £$€ you can buy a USB adapter that will not eat up a slot in your PC.
