How to change on a Netgear A6200 USB WiFi adapter, the region setting from US to Europe ?

Does anybody having a clou, how to change on a Netgear A6200 USB WiFi adapter, the region setting from US to Europe ?

(and uses the right WiFi channels) Or where does a Netgear A6200 USB WiFi adapter actually getting its region settings from ?

i did install (and uninstall) several software versions from v1.0.0.11 to v1.0.0.26 to the latest v1.0.0.35 without result (Europe region) but it does give the Europe region setting on an older Windows 95 OS machine. (so it is possible)

i do believe the Netgear A6200 it's getting its region information setting, somewhere from the local computer.

thanks for helping me, finding a solution.

I bought this Netgear A6200 USB adapter, because it was advised by Fluke, the supplier of the site survey program AirMagnet.

      Kind regards, Robert Jan

      • Ro,

Can you check if the softwares of your Windows 95 are set to Europe? It could be that the system of your computer is set to others.
