Only the usual method:
- Go to second computer
- Connect to internet
- Go here https://www.netgear.com/support/product/A6210.aspx
- Download software
- Copy to USB drive
- Move USB drive to where you want the software
- Copy software to that PC

But that is only for windows not linux.

It looks like Netgear doesn't offer Linux drivers. Someone developed their own. You can find them here. Read the caveats. It looks like there are issues with it.

Okay guess I've have to get in touch with the people who made the linux drivers and figure out how to install without an internet.
