Invalid Serial Number

I've been trying to contact support but whenever it asks to put the serial number in and give the purchase date it gives me "Invalid Serial Number". I have tried replacing the 0 with an o and such bu...

      I've noticed that when inputting the SN for their products, it's CAP sensitive. So, of you haven't tried already, redo it but with all lettere capitalized.
