Is WNDA3100v3 Wireless N Adapter N600 Dual Band Compatible with Windows10

I just bought this product today.  I am wondering if it can work with Windows 10?  It will connect to the router easily, but not to the internet; or when it does connect to the internet, it cannot process information, even though the machine is telling me it is connected.

 

Please help.
