N600 wifi usb adapter wnda3100v3

after installation, i read in the pc only the connection at 2.4 ghz but not at 5 ghz. i have a router dual band for optic fiber and i used 2 different name ssid for the network. name for 2.4 ghz and other name for 5 ghz. thanks

      1. Can the adapter detects the 5Ghz?

      2. If yes, are you getting any error message when trying to connect?

      3. Do you have other wireless devices that can detect or can connect to 5Ghz?

      4. How far is the computer from the router?
