N600 Wireless Duel Band USB Adapter WNDA3100v2 to stream TV programs to my Panasonic (not smart) TV.

I have been able to wirelessly reveive data from my Windows 10 desktop PC on to the TV screen but only when that data is in files on my PC. What I am presently doing is streaming TV onto my PC but unfortunately I cannot get these programs (series and movies) onto my (non-smart) TV. In fact I don't know if it is even possible. Can someone advise and possibly help me. I realize that I can download the shows onto the PC and then view them on the TV. But I would prefer to view them without downloading. Thankyou.
