netgear n300 wna 3100 adapter - Windows 10

Hello, I'm Giulia from Italy.

 

 I've got a problem with Netgear n300 and the WNA3100 adapter due to the download of Windows 10 on my pc.

 

I've installed "software 2.2.0.4." for Windows 10 (from the Netgear website); but it doesn't work (it's impossibile to identify the adapter and to complete the downolad).

 

 Any suggestions?

    Are you getting any error message from your computer? If yes, please try to post it here.

    No error message! When i put the adapter in the usb gate, the pc tries to identify it, but without success. I have to remove the adapter and to stop the download of the software.
