Hi Riverrider2,
1. What is the OS of your computer?
2. What is the driver version of the adapter?
3. Try to uninstall and reinstall the driver.

The computer is running Win7. The WiFi adapter is running firmware v2.2.0.4 and the router is running firmware v 1.0.7.10. I'm runing Kaspersky Total Security for anti-virus protection.

So far the efforts have been fruitless. I have uninstalled and re-installed the adapter, but am still unable to log in to the router using it. I have tried turning off the anti-virus protection software, but it made no difference. If I use a different computer (ASUS laptop, Win10 with factory WiFi adapter) running the same version of Kaspersky, I am able to log into the router.

Hi Riverrider2,
Can you access it if using the IP address of the router(ex. 192.168.1.1)?

I can access the router login page using the IP address from other computers. I was also able to do that before I installed the WNA3100.
