Slow Internet Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

I've been having quite a lot of trouble with slow internet using the WNA3100M Wireless Mini USB Adapter.

After lots fo searching I can't seem to find any linux drivers as all the links are now broken. I have a cd that comes only with the windows drivers.

Would anybody know of any source of the drivers required?

Many thanks to anybody who can help. I'm hoping I don't have to buy a different adapter.

    Hi Michael2109,

The tech specs for the device and its system requirements state that the drivers available are for Windows based OS and will not work with other OS.

    • I am an ubuntu user too and was asking myself, Are we stincking so much linux users? That this brand and many others do not provide quality support! It's a bit like going to a restaurant and pay for the meal and be close to the dumpster!

Is this guy serious? Does he REALLY want to know what we think of his "toss it over the fence answer"? C'mon man, you put about zero effort in trying to resolve a customer concern. Rather pathetic. How about recommending a NETGEAR product that will work? Does that fall within your realm of doing a job that NETGEAR would appreciate?

Man thanks for the support, nowadays brands are doing zero effort to solve exotic situations or to walk outside the paying highway while we already paid the service. If you're not apple or Win 10 (boths OS sucks) users you're done, I give a damn about my freedom!

Brands are putting all on crappy apps waht I call APES and fromerly PROGRAMS (as a joke Apps is for APES and Programs are for wise men) letting Apple, Google and Amazon spying on every of our moves instead of delivering proper customer support and let on the support section users downloading the crappy program like a FW.

As long as I would breath I would endlessly harass support and community for those fondamentals issues!
