Very doubtful. That device was originally released in 2004. Its an old wireless g device. The last driver for it was windows 7.

You can get pretty cheap base model dual band wireless adapters with current support. I'd be looking at snagging one of those versus waiting on a driver thats doubtful to come

As plemans says, your adapter predates Windows 10 by years.

Netgear may not have drivers for it, so your only hope is that the generic stuff bundled in Windows can handle it. That sometimes work, but maybe not for something from 2008.

My WN111v2 from the same era seems to work in Windows 11, which reports the device as Windows 10. I did nothing. Just plugged it in.

  • Hey, this worked for me:

    1. Go to https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=wn111v2
    2. Download whichever latest version of "Atheros Communications Inc. - Network - RangeMax Wireless-N USB Adapter WN111v2" works for you (I downloaded the AMD64 version)
    3. You should've downloaded a .cab file
    4. Open command prompt and type the following:
    5. expand <CAB FILE NAME> -F:* <DESTINATION>
    6. You should see 3 files: arusb_lxh.sys, arusb_lhx.inf, and arusb_lhx.cat
    7. Right click arusb_lhx.inf and click install
