Using 2, N300 USB Adaptors on 2 PC's side by side.Will this work ok?

I have 2 PC's in my garage side by side.My signal from the router is very weak,so the Adaptor helps.Can I use another Adaptor on the other PC?

    Go ahead and try it.  Wi-Fi reception can be sensitive to location.  The wavelength of 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is less than half a foot, so even inches can affect the received signal strength.
