WG311 V3 in need of installation cd that I don't have

I just reformated my desktop to use in the shop. There isn't a need to have top of the line anything as all I will be doing is playing music in the shop via network with my other desktop so Windows XP will be just fine. I went to go reinstall my Netgear WG311 v3 and it needs the install cd. I have misplaced it years ago and looked online for the install file. All I seem to come up with is just drivers for it and nothing to in the lines of install file i am searching for.

      Well, I got the same problem with a ReadyNas 104. So I would appreciate if some support girl/guy would explain a little better the "How to" install my NAS from nothing...

       

      And not read "drivers here" in the answer because I need installation files as well.
